Dark skies await you ...

Our bed and breakfast astronomy centre is situated on the edge of the small village of St Paulet located in the Aude region of southwest France, lying some 25 miles east of Toulouse. It nestles below an escarpment ridge on top of which stands the ancient Chateau of St Paulet. A lack of excessive street lighting ensures fabulous dark skies for those who love all aspects of astronomy.

ImageThe village and its local gites make an ideal location for visitors from Britain. The area is well served by local airports at Carcassonne and Toulouse, as well as superb motorways. The Pyrenees, Cathar castles and the Mediterranean are all within reach.

Visitors to St Paulet are assured of a warm welcome and will be treated to the total 'Experience Francaise'.
